Maria Distribution, through its general manager, has been providing training in local product processing techniques (cereals, fruits and vegetables, fish products) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) entrusted to it by development partners, NGOs and also the National Office for Vocational Training (ONFP) for several years throughout Senegal.
